BALOCHI TIKKA KARAHI

In this blog, you will learn how to make Balochi Tikka Karahi. In the first step take a bowl-shaped frying pan put it on the stove on high flame with at least 300 grams of oil and then wait for the oil to heat up properly and then add the chicken. When the oil heated up properly, add the chicken, we added 1kg chicken then stir it a bit and switch down the flame to low and add 1 glass of water to the pan stand a bit far from the pan and add the water carefully. After this, turn the flame back to high and cook the chicken properly.

After cooking it for a while, add a little less than 1 Tablespoon of salt. Give it a stir to mix in the salt. After cooking it for 6 to 7 minutes, add some green chili peppers, when the water in it evaporated, add 1/4 kg of ginger, and 1/4 kg of garlic must be crushed. This is sort of the most important ingredient for this dish so stir it a bit then add 1/4th of a glass of water and cook the chicken for a little more. The point of doing this, that the chicken absorbs the taste of the ginger and the garlic the water along with the ginger and garlic help to marinate the chicken well then and leaves a unique flavor.

And when the water dries up, boil the chicken stir it occasionally so that the chicken gets evenly cooked. When the water dries up then ginger and garlic will boil along with the chicken so the chicken's color will change and the ginger and garlic will turn brown. One major difference between this karahi dish and the other ones is that the chicken is being cooked to change its color towards the end instead of in the beginning. When the chicken gets light brown so leave it for turning it a bit more brown and then move on to the next step.

Now that the chicken, garlic, and ginger have turned brown well then turn the flame off and separate all the oil from the dish into a bowl and place it aside for later use. Then in the other pan add 25 grams of Karahi Masalah, you can use any brand or desi Masalah then add 15 grams of Chaat Masalah as well and stir it so that the spices coat the chicken properly.

Now add 3 Tablespoons of lemon juice and stir it again so that the lemon juice coats the chicken properly as well. Remember, in this step, the flame is off then add fresh coriander that is chopped. So this is it finally our Balochi Tikka Karahi is ready. Serve it with sauce to your friends and loved ones.
