TRADITIONAL DEEP ROASTED BEEF

Deep Roasted Beef is a famous dish among the peoples so today's blog is about how to prepare tasteful Deep Roasted Beef in pot at home. For the beef roast take a big chunk of meat (beef) it's according to your per need. For the meat seasoning take 1 tablespoon salt, 1 tablespoon black pepper, soy sauce 2 tablespoons, ( soy sauce will enhance the taste and give it dark brownish color ), 2 tablespoon vinegar, and then mix and mix finely. Put the meat in the pot or tray now apply the seasoning on the meat, cover it with a lid and turn on the flame. 


Cook it on high flame, when some steam will form and the color on the bottom of the meat changes a bit then adjust the flame. After 2 minutes when the steam has been formed meat will leave some water so flip the meat, adjust the flame, and make it low. Cover it with the lid again then check it after 30 to 35 minutes and give it a flip after 35 minutes, open the lid you can see water came out of the meat. Flip it once again and cover it again, let it cook for another 40 minutes. After 40 minutes repeat the flipping process over and again. Then again give it another 40-50 minutes. 


Open it after 40 minutes so the water is almost dried off and flip it now and you can have that lovely brown color on the meat but check if it requires more time and if it does, add some water into into it and cook it more, add half a cup of water in it and let it cook for another 30 to 40 minutes check it after 40 minutes. Now it is time to open the pot and check the beaf meat. Low the flame to medium  and roast it the pour the juices on top of the meat this is easy but takes more time again give it a flip then coat it with the juices again sear it a little. 


Now low the flame again to medium to form a crust on it and give it 1 and a half minutes to each side. After this flip it give it. Now it is ready and you have to take the meat out and make a sauce from the remaining juice. For making sauce, add ginger, garlic paste about 3 tablespoon, turn the flame to medium and cook it for few seconds. After 10 to 15 seconds, add paste of 2 medium sized onion and add spices about half tablespoon, salt half tablespoon, red chilly powder one tablespoon, cumin seeds and  add paste of 3 green chilly and then cook it for about 2 minutes. After 2 minutes or so, add 6 tablespoon yogurt in sauce and again cook it for another 3 to 4 minutes, after cooking it for about 4 minutes it will become fine and thick. Turn the flame off when there's some water left take it out in a bowl separately. Then enjoy the deep roasted beef with the sauce.
