BALOCHI TIKKA KARAHI

In this blog, you will learn how to make Balochi Tikka Karahi. In the first step take a bowl-shaped frying pan put it on the stove on high flame with at least 300 grams of oil and then wait for the oil to heat up properly and then add the chicken. When the oil heated up properly, add the chicken, we added 1kg chicken then stir it a bit and switch down the flame to low and add 1 glass of water to the pan stand a bit far from the pan and add the water carefully. Who does not love roasted (Chargha) Pulao. In this blog you will know how to make Chargha Pulao. At first, cut some slits into chicken meat and then prepare the spices ( Mix Masala ) to be applied on the chicken take one cup yogurt and sour powder 1 teaspoon, chat masala 1 tablespoon, ginger powder 1 teaspoon, garlic powder 1 teaspoon, garam masala half teaspoon, one and a half tablespoon paprika powder, one tablespoon turmeric powder, coriander powder 1 tablespoon, 2 tablespoon lemon juice, 2 tablespoon oil, after adding all these spices, mix it well and after mixing it, apply the spices on the chicken.  Apply it thoroughly in the slits then add 1 tablespoon salt in it and mix the salt with the spices as well and apply it on the chicken so the salt is evenly spread on the chicken as well. TRADITIONALLY COOKED DUM PUKHT

Dum Pukht dish is very famous in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and in Northern Balochistan. So in this blog, we let you know how to make this famous dish on your own at your own home. It is usually made in two ways, number one; by digging a small place where you can place the meat, and the other way is to make it in a tandoor. The second way of making it in a tandoor is easier than the first one. Dum Pukht cooked in wood fire and clay tandoor. TRADITIONAL DEEP ROASTED BEEF

Deep Roasted Beef is a famous dish among the peoples so today's blog is about how to prepare tasteful Deep Roasted Beef in pot at home. For the beef roast take a big chunk of meat (beef) it's according to your per need. For the meat seasoning take 1 tablespoon salt, 1 tablespoon black pepper, soy sauce 2 tablespoons, ( soy sauce will enhance the taste and give it dark brownish color ), 2 tablespoon vinegar, and then mix and mix finely. To make chicken in Tandoor, you have to buy healthy chickens and some vegetables for the stuffing purpose. Ever tried Traditional lamb leg pieces prepared in a mud Tandoor? This blog is about how to make Balochi Tandoori meat. Before going to make Tandoori meat you must have brought a Tandoor. So the first this to do is to light up the fire in Tandoor and then put some wood pieces into it. Take the lamb legs which are about 3.5 Kgs in weight. BALOCHI STYLE STEAM ROAST

In this blog, we are bringing you the recipe for Balochi Mutton Leg Steam Roast and we are steam-roasting two mutton leg pieces, of which one will be crispy while the other will be soft. So let's dive right into the recipe. We have two lamb leg pieces here. Their weight is 1.75 kg each we trim and clean them now and then make several cuts in it for the marination process. After the required trimming and cleaning, we will start making the cuts leave some gap between the cuts. These are deep cuts but they have some gap between them.
